A General contract was signed between Sony, Japan (general contractor) and the Turkmenistan  State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography on the official launch of the Project for the complete re-equipment of the TV Tower in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) with modern professional equipment.

The result of three years joint negotiations and consultations with the participation of company Sony, Japan (general contractor) and the Turkmenistan State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography was the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan on the start of signing a contract for the complete re-equipment of the TV Tower in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) with modern professional equipment.

Participation in the exhibition "Education and Sports", which was held in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) together with the company Sony, launched a number of new joint projects, and among them is the start of negotiations on the Project for the complete re-equipment of the TV Tower in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) with modern professional equipment.
